The SEAL (Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning) programme is designed to focus on the development of key life skills and increase children’s confidence through practical activities and challenges. The aim of the programme is to support children
with self-esteem, self-confidence, communication and anxiety.
For packing requirements – the children will need:
- appropriate warm clothing, shoes/wellies/boots and hat for the weather
- a warm and waterproof coat
- swimming kit and towels
- Toothbrush and toiletries
- Any medication (clearly labelled with child’s name on and in a separate clear bag)
Please NO screens of any sort, mobile phones, tablets, electronic devices, valuables nor money.
All the food and snacks are provided, so the children do not need to take any with them.
