We are delighted that Estyn have recognised our many strengths at St Mary’s Catholic Primary School and we remain proud of the hard work and dedication shown by both our committed staff team and learners, especially in these challenging times.
Estyn have highlighted our nurturing and inclusive school community where pupils feel safe, protected, and valued. We are enormously proud of the considerate and compassionate leadership provided by our Headteacher, supported by a strong team ethos among staff who maintain positive relationships with pupils and you all, as parents. St Mary’s Catholic Primary School continues to be a place where many of our learners’ progress and thrive and there is much to be proud of. We are proud of our school and our learners, and we remain committed to providing a happy, safe, and successful learning environment for every child.

Our Mission Statement anchors our purposeful learning, so that valued in our uniqueness we nurture our skills and talents to our fullest potential. Our stimulating experiences promote our joy of learning as we thrive, growing in our self-belief, happiness and independence. We inspire and motivate each other to strive for excellence in our increasingly digital world, as we become advocates for our ever-changing future.
We develop our inclusivity and compassion for our global neighbours as we encourage each other in our responsibility to care for God’s world.
